We use locally manufactured and imported steels to produce our Thread Rolling Dies

All our repair work can be standardized as per our table of thicknesses for setup optimization, or according to customer’s needs.

We define the Economic Batch Size for each restoration work (based on the synergy of some of our process steps) whereby, in addition to reducing the cost to restore one single pair of Thread Rolling Dies, we provide for significant restoration savings based on the volume of dies to be restored.

Note:
We guarantee the best die finish for bolts featuring RRO or Outside Radius threads.
